Yuri's Developing Docs Suggestions #197

Once complete, this PR will have:

Add Faucet usage into Getting Started as a step 3, also add Step 4 for Deploying contracts
Add HelloWorld example into each Using xxx section
Replace testnet on devnet for all examples
Replace links in EVM compatibility section
Truffle / Hardhat - rewrite as a step by step instructions (like we did in Remix), try to repeat these steps and fix errors if occurred
Add separate high level section "EVM Compatibility"
rename https://docs.neon-labs.org/docs/architecture/evm_compatibility into something else and move it to this section, move Architectural limitations here too
