Do we need "Expert Mode" #18

In "Exchange Settings" very bad UX experience for toggle:

  1. Pink color for disabled state - i think it's a mistake
  2. Toggle doesn't change cursor to pointer and use can't understand that he can click on it

Steps to reproduce:

  1. On swap page open settings (wheel)

I guess I have to duscuss with @s-medvedev about necessity of "Expert Mode". I changed disabled color, but issue still stay
