Endpoint configuration. #10

The SPARQL endpoint should be exposed at /sparql/

SNORQL (https://github.com/kurtjx/SNORQL) should be available at /snorql/

sparql is at /sparql not /sparql/ as that is wrong :) /snorql/ is done

you got it! /snorql/ not /snorql this just some configured js that is statically served and that is what it is.
