Additional endpoint #13

Using the ability to define multiple endpoints at http://answers.semanticweb.com/questions/10414/defining-multiple-sparql-endpoints-on-one-server-in-virtuoso , an additional SPARQL endpoint should be defined at: /r4d/sparql/ which queries only the Research for Development named graph.
