Process for deleting data #15

Process in #14 does not necessarily account for the removal of data from the original dumps, as it only writes additional data to the store. Options for getting around this should be considered including: Removing the graph before loading data (would lead to temporary downtime for users of the data - consider the impacts of this); Writing data to a new ‘timed’ graph, adding this to an R4D graph group and then removing the old graph from the group, before deleting it.
