R4D Widget Update #19

Tweak the R4D Widget at http://r4d.herokuapp.com/ so it runs against the new SPARQL endpoints successfully.

Updated code in https://github.com/practicalparticipation/r4d which can be deployed once we have the site up and running on Linked Development.

Will require @marxian to accept a pull request and deploy to Heroku, unless anyone else has access to do this (not needed just yet... hopefully during the next week...)
