Virtuoso version & sparql bugs #40

In putting together optional elements in CONSTRUCT queries I appear to be hitting the bug noted here which the report suggests is removed in Virtuoso version 6.1.4 and above.

We are currently running Virtuoso 6.1.3.

Virtuoso 6.1.4 is available for debian wheezy so this might be sorted by the upgrade to that if we thought we would be able to do that over the short term? Otherwise we might need to look at building Virtuoso from source?

ok, the current version of the server deploy uses a compiled version of virtuoso 6.1.6 this should fix a number of sparql bugs/limitations. It also has lodspeakr setup for dereferenced uris. it has a bug which requires this to be run after reboot as root python /usr/lib/inithooks/bin/setup_virtuoso.py

after which the virtuoso password should be set correctly.
