Make core privacy template work for brands

Discovered during https://github.com/neontribe/ca-hospice-hope/issues/12

Plan

    • [x] Change "il--disc" to "ul--disc"
    • [ ] Make the privacy keys more generic and add more of them following a naming convention (which can then theoretically be used in other categories
