Description

Removed the exit feature and all references to it in the code

@RabidGamer if you'd like to, there are some more exit related bits of code you could remove. The button is gone but the onclick message it sent is still there. This message triggers the exit case of the update, which also calls some bits of JavaScript. So three more bit I can think of which won't be used anymore.
