Kara is the fifth of six to leave Neontribe due to redundancy, and it's their last day today. They came to us in June 2016 after a time in local government, then a starred first in Business Information Systems at UEA, and learned and learned and learned. They've had stints as developer, database wrangler, delivery manager, and internal process design. They played a major part in writing the Neontribe staff handbook, all our process documents. That's important work that underpins everything we do, and through good times and bad it's just been great to have it all written down and there to refer to. They've been such a useful sounding board, a moral compass, and I shall miss their presence and knowledge. They return to full-time focus on their PhD, researching management in software engineering. Yup, they're the best qualified member the Tribe has ever had.
