viva wallet checkout- This site is experiencing technical issues #1

I have set up viva wallet with woocommerce going through the steps I was given correctly. It lets me type name and address but when i go to checkout with vivawallet it sends to this page. Can anyone help me please?

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing difficulties. Before we go any further, can you let me know where you downloaded the plugin from? I need to check whether it's our official one. The zip file should be called "vivawallet-for-woocommerce.zip and the php file contained within it should have a version number "v3.5.7" in the comments at the top of the file. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. Yes it is that version. I downloaded it from the vivawallet website I had them send me the instructions for set up with woocommerce. The link was in there.
