VoiceOver causes Calc to hang #11

When using the NeoOffice 2022.1 Test 1 patches and editing a Calc document with VoiceOver active, NeoOffice will sometimes hang when a column or row is selected.

From the attached sample, it appears that Calc is in a very long loop that creates and adds thousands of native AquaA11yWrapper instances to the window.
