with Sonoma and Neo Office 2022.7 Edition Patch 0 the menu flickers if you have a mouse over.
This problem didn't happened in Ventura so it's a Sonoma bug.
I test it on 3 machines with the same result.
Perhaps you could check that and bring a fix.
