NeoOffice rejects files from the Finder #6

Starting in NeoOffice 2022, NeoOffice will reject any files dragged from the Finder.

From my initial debugging, my current theory is that NeoOffice 2022 (which is compiled on macOS 12) receives a different set of pasteboard types from macOS than NeoOffice 2017 (which is compiled on macOS 10.12).
