Python missing SSL support #9

Mail merge connects to an SMTP server via the bundled python mailmerge.py script. However, starting in NeoOffice 2022 Profesional Edition, a "No SSL support included in this Python" is displayed when that script tries to initiate an encrypted connection. After some initial debugging, the problem appears to be that the Python build is silently failing to build with OpenSSL support.

The fix for this bug is in the following test patches:

Important note for Mac App Store users: E-mailing merge results is only available in NeoOffice 2022 Professional Edition. It is not available in the Mac App Store version because this feature requires Python.
