Finish HypixelFriend

Create a class named HypixelFriend.
Keeps track of when two players add each other as friends.
Create a UnformattedStringToUUID class which converts plain UUID Strings to UUID objects.
Create methods in HypixelPlayer to retrieve a Players friends.
