Add Emojis to redmine #22

Hey, what do you think if we add this nice plugin to our redmine.

So we can use emojis in our tickets.

I like the idea to support emojis. I would prefer to use/build a gem based solution. Maybe we can fork the project.

I've look into paginagmbh/redmine_emojibutton and currently I suspect it to also use emojis in code and pre blocks. This is something we would have to change.
