FIX #14 #111

The problem as described in #14 seems to derive from the bottom padding using the constant. 10px aren't enough (I don't really see why not, but whatever). Replacing it with the same padding as at the top (2vh) resolves this issue and keeps the sidebar in place using any window size

(also because I didn't realize in time: this merge would also update the dev branch to new version numbers)
