Doesn't compile with VS 2013 #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the sources 
2. Run CMake for "Visual Studio 12 x64" target
3. Try to compile the solution

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, i honestly expected it to compile.
Instead i see loads of link time errors.

What version of the product are you using?
The last one.
OS?
does this really matter?

Please provide any additional information below.
Thanks castanyo@yahoo.es for using C macros to replace standard math functions. 
This was really clever.
