Error in FusionExceptionView on clean setup #150

Steps to reproduce:

  1. start with a fresh checkout of the ESCR distribution
  2. run doctrine:migrate
  3. do not import a site, but open Neos in a browser

FusionExceptionView cannot deal properly with the "new" nodes - we need to fix this...

Another error message this may produce:

getContentStreamIdentifier is unsupported in the legacy Node API

caused by an AccessDeniedException
