Document Flow Installation better #904

We should give more details and hints about installing Flow in different environments and what to look out for. We have a fair bit of information (but not enough, especially for Windows), but it's already scattered across a bunch of documents.

I'll gladly help with my experience on windows installations, would just be glad to have some rough framing at hand, as I'm a bit uninspired on how to structure the documentation.
