BUGFIX: Restore fusion version requirement ^4.2 #26

The version requirement for Fusion ^4.2 is needed to prevent older versions of Neos from updating to an incompatible afx version.

I suggest to merge this, then release afx 1.3.2 and finally remove afx 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 from packagist.

@kdambekalns ahh good catch. I thought ^4.2 would include 5.0 aswell.

@kdambekalns is merged + released and the versions 1.3.0 + 1.3.1 are removed from packagist
