As a developer and / or integrator I want to be able to browse the available REST documentation directly in the backend.

As a developer I want to be able to write my documentation and get visual feedback of how it will be rendered directly in the backend.

This would mean either adding this functionality to TYPO3.DocTools or creating a standalone TYPO3.Documentation package.

Maybe the 'editing' functionality should go into TYPO3.DocTools
