BUG: It's not possible to partially publish new sub pages without their siblings/descendants

Current Behavior

Selecting one of the document nodes in the workspace module automatically selects all ancestor and siblings/descendant document nodes

Expected Behavior

Only the ancestor nodes should be selected, i.e. it should be possible to publish only some of the new document nodes

Steps To Reproduce

Create some new document nodes like:

• new page
  • a
  • a1
  • a2
  • b
  • b1

With the Workspace module try to publish only b (and it's parent node new page)

Environment

- Flow: 8.3
- Neos: 8.3
- PHP: 8.3
