Sometimes get empty results

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Indexed Pages at Google sometimes are empty
2. Alexa Global Traffic Rank sometimes are empty

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2.3

Hi Jose,

thanks for the report. First off, i was not able do reproduce your error. So i 
need some more information:

1) What specific URL(s) for, did you get the empty result(s)?
2) When you got the empty result(s), was it always for both (PageRank and 
GlobalTrafficRank)? Or sometimes no PageRank, sometimes no GlobalTrafficRank?

3) Can you please turn on the error reporting for the system you encountered 
the bug and check if you receive any error messages - or if the result is 
really empty.
