This adds the SVG logo to allow for the colors to match (to work better on dark/light colorschemes).
Updates bootstrap version to current. Removes cdnjs, maxcdn links to match neovim.io (relative links).
To note I haven't tested this fully but feel quite confident it should be accurate.
