Hi, I fixed your instruction documentation. Can you check it?

I want to support your project to implement if_ruby.

Hi @Shougo, I'm really sorry for the long silence on this. This looks good to me, although hopefully I will actually publish it as a RubyGem soon and we can get rid of the warnings.

It seems like we should also get rid of the gem install neovim instructions as well, you think?
