Guided interactive installation #35

While working on updating the documentation, I realized that you have to hammer in quite a bunch of commands to get going. I think it would improve the user experience if nvim-hs would offer an interactive installation commands line option.

Thinking a bit about it, I think a shell script inside the repository would be sufficient for this.

The hard part is installing the haskell package. But there are so many ways to do it or it's just what you always do. I've rushed the idea, I guess.
