Rename `lib` folder for user defined stuff to `nvim-hs` #52

lib was just the default that dyre used and this clearly indicates that the files in that folder belong to this plugin manager.

Hardcoded in dyre to be lib. I don't see a reason to remove dyre, so this is closed.
