Add transaction tracking example to neo3 examples #2

I think it is useful for the devs if this feature is also covered in the examples and not just the external documentation. Also because the neow3j-examples will be used in the neo-playground.

Two options:

Add a new class and main method
Or integrate it into one of the existing transaction invocation classes
