I don't add new targets based on PR's, sorry. Please contact me via Discord. Also, your target is identical to the NEUTRONRC2 except for the dead time. I can add your ESC to the compatibility chart instead if NEUTRONRC2 works for you. For a new target, I will need a working sample, schematic and some technical info.
