Languages for Credits Translation #16

Which langauges does the Credits File wants to be translated?

For example, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian are accepted but German is 
unaccepted.

Nevertheless, this report still doesn't make much sense.  What exactly is the

I am going to assume this was a botched question and not an actual bug report.  
If I'm wrong, feel free to reopen/rephrase the issue more clearly.
