Relicense under BSD #50

We have decided to relicense this under BSD for compatibility with the Django ecosystem

I ask past contributors to approve this PR by January 31st

Coverage remained the same at ?% when pulling a5b06e17a966ff58f91e3922761e163d7a2a7b16 on relicense into d492b819994ede81397d6528fbd473fdc99630f5 on develop.
