General Improvements and Documentation #1

In summary:

Added the --noiseless parameter to omit channel 4 and documented it
Intensity is now part of the noisetype macro
Color was added to terminal output
The tutorial was updated and a Template.musicxml file is now included.
Tried to standardize conventions throughout the docs
