More resillient parsing #20

Using the below modified template score as a reference, I made it so muse2pokecrystal could process monstrosities. Template.musicxml.zip

New features

Implemented algorithm 1 from #16.
Warn the user when encountering a grace note instead of crashing.
Only notes from voice 1 are parsed to avoid desyncs entirely.
Automatically correct the volume when set too high
Fixed bugs
Fixed a bug where muse2pokecrystal would crash without a configuration file
