Change install command #8

There may be other neofetch clones to appear in winget in the near future, so by just typing neofetch it may download something else. btw also gave a more proper code Markdown code format

both work, neofetch is just shorthand for neofetch-win, I had considered this and if the problem ever arises I will change the readme accordingly
