Wrong resolution is displayed when a different DPI is being used #9

Bug description: Neofetch can't properly get the display resolution if a DPI different than 100 is being used.

Here is an example of a 2160p display when I ran neofetch with 125dpi and 150dpi:

that is interesting and I think I know what causes it, I'll look into it
