where to get Original Dataset? CrowdAi had been shut down #223

Hi all, where can i find the dataset to start my training? The original source website had been shut down around August 2019, so I can't sign up an account to download the dataset.

Another question is can I train this in Windows 10? Because right now Im having trouble installing the package PyDenseCRF and pycocotools, hope someone who had done it in Windows before can provide me some guidance. Thanks

Another side note is that I installed pytorch 0.4.0 instead of 0.3.1 since there is no compatible whl file for Windows with ver 0.3.1
