FRR/Quagga and OpenBGPD incorrect Router ID #23

For all other peer templates, the router ID is correctly set to the VM's IPv4 address, but FRR/Quagga and OpenBGPD set the router ID to the .129 router.

Totally agree. Added! You should now see the correct values for FRR/Quagga & OpenBGPD.
