Power toggle doesn't work on display page #36

Describe the bug When on the display (VNC) page, when clicking the power toggle, a Javascript error is returned.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new virtual machine
  2. Click on the preview image
  3. Click the "shut off" button

Expected behavior The machine should turn off / on.

Closing this out given the toggle is no longer present in the new UI.
