Idea: leave inline editors as they are. But instead of showing empty placeholders, compact these to action menu.

Place all action buttons in action menu.

Currently I'm keen to leave in-place editor and instead provide and a three-dots pen menu with task-based editor UI

In story edit menu, each chapter could have items divided by separator. So only a single edit menu will be present
