Motivation

Test to ensure Weka provides the storage we need

We decide if we are going to go with Weka or not

[ ] Confirm Weka storage is accessible
[ ] Compare the performance of Weka storage and NESE and Local
[ ] CSI Plugin testing
- [ ] db containers transactional IO while using CSI Plugin
[ ] S3 cache testing
[ ] Regression testing
[ ] POSIX testing
[ ] CephFX style access
[ ] File transfer between institutions
