Add H100 to Pricing Sheet #494

Motivation

To be prepared for pricing questions about the H100s.

Completion Criteria

Pricing Sheet updated with H100 values.

Description

[x] Create a copy of current sheet
[x] Add required new rows and columns
[x] make the H100 Unit Cost 2.6 times the A100sxm4s
[x] Update calculations
[x] Gather AWS pricing for H100s
[x] replace old sheet with new sheet
