Motivation

Update sheets that we use for tracking information and discrepancies.

Completion Criteria

all sheets that utilize the monthly Invoice data are updated.

Description

• [x] Create the NERC Invoice sheet
• [x] Create HU&BU sheet
• [x] Create a Lenovo only sheet
• [x] Create the institutional Rollup sheet
• [x] Update Billed Utilization
• [x] Update Monthly Cost Recoveries
• [x] Add the new BU internal sheet
• [x] Add the new BU contacts sheet
• [x] Review with Scott & Milson
• [x] clean up items requested in this meeting
  • Kim - remove users from new pi list that are duplicates
  • Kim - Update Institution filter to filter out childrens hospital
  • Kim - Update Institution filter to filter all hms affiliates
  • Kim - Update monthly cost to include Yale
  • Kim - Add culbertj@mit.edu to do not bill
  • Kim - Remove professors that were added by accident to PI non bill list
  • Kim - replace username with email for Mohammad and Rudolph
