Push Changes to Curator Operator Upstream #533

This issue leads on from #279. With Curator successfully working in our environment the changes we made can now be pushed upstream.

[x] Merge two upstream branches (optional-addition-features & production)
[x] Remove all curator resources
[ ] initiate a fresh install (including our new changes)
[ ] Generate reports
[ ] Push changes to upstream repo
