Allocate 3 FC430s and 3FC830s for a Beta RHOAI cluster #548

Motivation

RH requires an RHOAI Beta Cluster for testing the Beta builds of RHOAI.

Completion Criteria

3 FC430s and 3 FC830s provided via ESI to RH for the installation of RHOAI.

Are there any restrictions for these nodes, or will any available do? Who/what project should be receiving these nodes?

@hpdempsey who would you like to work on the install once we have the hardware allocated? Is this @dystewart as well?

@joachimweyl @hpdempsey I can work on the install once these machines are allocated.

@tzumainn I'm thinking the best project to put these under would be OPE since we'll be doing the testing

Okay! @dystewart I've created an ope project in ESI, added your user to it, and leased six nodes. Let me know if there are any issues!
