Motivation

Update sheets that we use for tracking information and discrepancies.

Completion Criteria

all sheets that utilize the monthly Invoice data are updated.

• [x] Create the NERC Invoice sheet
• [x] Create HU&BU sheet
• [x] Create a Lenovo only sheet
• [x] Create the institutional Rollup sheet
• [x] Update Billed Utilization
• [x] Update Monthly Cost Recoveries
• [x] Add the new BU internal sheet
• [x] Add the new BU contacts sheet
• [x] Review with Scott & Milson
• [x] Clean up items requested in this meeting
  • move projects still not closed to non-bill get milson to create a pr to add them to the non-bill timed projects.
  • move zaoxing@bu.edu projects from billable to non-billable
• [x] have it reviewed by Wayne, Nancy & Michael
• [x] Clean up items requested in this meeting
  • Wait for info on BCH A100 usage vs CHRIS project
• [x] Create CSVs
