Motivation

Wayne has been manually generating a Billed Utilization Pivot Table. We would like to automate this.

Completion Criteria

Generate an automated tool to generate/update the Billed Utilization Pivot Table.

Description

[x] convert Excel file to google doc
[x] figure out how to add next month
[x] Ensure this fits with new column added to Billed Utilization sheet - not needed so we will just ignore this new column
[x] add this manual step to your monthly Invoice tasks

conversion to Google does not come out pretty. Conversion from Google to Excel loses all internal links so does not come out very pretty. So far no easy way to automate. Suggesting that I just update Wayne's excel file each month, it should only add 3-5 min to my monthly tasks to curate the invoice data for NERC use.
