Motivation

Clients would like the ability to prepay for NERC usage.

Completion Criteria

Come up with the rules for how this prepaid feature would work.

Description

[x] Incorporate new rules for Prepaid accounts into the document
[x] Update the Demo Sheet to represent samples of the tables and the pertinent columns for the invoice.csv
[x] Review documentation with Engineers
