NESE self service visibility into allocation utilization #574

When trying to understand the available space on NESE, the dev team usually asks @jtriley for details. Is there a self service way (CLI is fine) for us to see how much of a NESE allocation we are currently using?

The capability you linked to is on FASRC's page, which talks about an implementation of Starfish. This doesn't have anything to do with NESE.
